In addition to Hovsta IF, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 06/07. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hovsta IF could be found in Group C together with Sportlife Kungälv IBK röd, IBK Lockerud 3 and Jönköpings IK 2.

Hovsta IF continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 11-12, but lost it against Jönköpings IK 1 with 2-2. In the Final, Landvetter IBK won over Sportlife Kungälv IBK blå and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 06/07.
